Big Brother, the television series that launched the internet meme-style “social media” phenomenon, has made its way to the girls’ section of Amazon.com, with the shirts for girls, according to a listing on the online retailer’s site.
The shirts, available in black, blue and white, have a design inspired by the “nirvana shirt” (a reference to the band’s debut album).
The listing states that the shirts feature “Big Brother” characters including Babs, Julie, Brienne and Julie’s brother and a shirt with a quote from the album cover, “I’m here to save the world.”
Amazon.com says the “Big brother shirt” shirts are available in two sizes, a “regular” and a “ladylike.”
The shirt also includes a shirt size chart, a listing for a shirt and a description of the shirt.
The shirt has a price of $24.99.
On the site, the item description reads, “Big Brothers Big sister shirts are for you.
I made these shirts because I love big brothers and big sisters.”
Amazon also has a listing that lists four items for $39.99, including a “Bigbrother” shirt and two shirts for the same price, including one with a Big Brother quote and another with an album cover.
Amazon.co.uk is also selling a pair of “BigBrother” shirts, which the company describes as a “big brother” shirt with “Big brothers Big sister” on the front and a quote of the song “Let Me Love You.”
The items are listed for $35.99 at Amazon.co and are not yet available for purchase.
